The invention discloses a heat insulating wall structure of a passive house. The heat insulating wall structure comprises a base wall, a graphite polyphenyl board layer, an alkali-resisting fiber netlayer, a crack resistance mortar layer and a wall internal water circulation device, wherein the wall internal water circulation device comprises a water circulation pipeline, a water storage tank, awater inlet pipe, a water return pipe, a water changing pipe and an electric heating device. The graphite polyphenyl board in the wall structure adopts high heat insulation insulating materials, so that the indoor temperature can be guaranteed to be constant for a long time, the effect of energy saving is achieved; the alkali-resisting fiber net layer and the crack resistance mortar layer are arranged, so that indoor air tightness is further enhanced, and the indoor temperature is maintained to be free from waste to the maximum degree, and energy saving is facilitated; the wall internal watercirculation heating device is arranged, so that water flows circularly, through the specific heat capacity of water, the temperature in the base wall is maintained to be constant, further the indoor temperature is changed and maintained, and the effect of constant temperature is realized; and through a solar power generation device, energy is supplied to elements, so that energy is saved, and theheat insulating wall structure is green and environmentally-friendly.
