Vertical type PC member installation and positioning device and method
The invention provides a vertical type PC member installation and positioning device. The vertical type PC member installation and positioning device comprises a plate and a plurality of connecting pieces, the plate is arranged in the horizontal direction, a plurality of first through holes are uniformly formed in the two opposite edges of the plate, the connecting pieces are arranged in the vertical direction, the lower ends of the multiple connecting pieces are connected with wallboard reinforcing steel bars, the connecting pieces are opposite to the first through holes, the first through holes are used for the connecting pieces to pass through, and the plate is detachably connected with the connecting pieces; and a plurality of second through holes are uniformly formed in the middle ofthe plate, and the second through holes are used for pre-embedded reinforcing steel bars to pass through, and positioning the reinforcing steel bars. By arranging the plate for positioning, the rightposition is found through lineation, the precision of the positions of the pre-embedded reinforcing steel bars is greatly improved, and the problem of large installation difficulty caused by inaccurate positions of general reinforcing steel bar construction is solved; and by arranging the plate, the perpendicularity of the pre-embedded reinforcing steel bars is controlled quite easily through thelevelness of the plate, and the problem of difficult installation caused by insufficient perpendicularity of the pre-embedded reinforcing steel bars in the general construction is solved.
本发明提出了一种立式PC构件安装定位装置,包括:平板和连接件,平板沿水平方向设置,平板相对的两边缘上均匀的设置有若干第一通孔,连接件沿竖直方向设置,若干连接件的下端与墙板钢筋连接,连接件与第一通孔相对设置,第一通孔用于穿设连接件,且所述平板与所述连接件可拆卸连接;所述平板中部均匀的设置有若干第二通孔,所述第二通孔用于穿设预埋钢筋,并对所述预埋钢筋进行定位。通过设置平板定位,并通过划线找准位置,大大的提高了预埋钢筋位置的精度,解决了常规施工钢筋位置不准,导致安装难度大的问题;通过设置平板,并通过平板的水平度很容易把控检查预埋钢筋的垂直度,解决了常规施工中预埋钢筋垂直度不够而引起的安装困难的问题。
