PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning member that enables easy positioning of a building unit.SOLUTION: A unit guide 8 capable of positioning a building unit 2 placed on an upper part of a foundation 5 is provided. The unit guide 8 has a base plate 9 capable of being embedded in the foundation 5, and a unit positioning pin part 12 which is provided in the state of protruding upward from the base plate 9 and which is inserted into a positioning hole 11 formed in an undersurface of the building unit 2 to enable horizontal positioning of the building unit 2. The base plate 9 has a side surface provided with a side plate part erected upward.
