The invention discloses a construction steel sleeve connecting device. The construction steel sleeve connecting device includes a transmission box; two fixed boxes are symmetrically fixed in the frontand back of the lower end of the transmission box; a storage cavity is arranged in each fixed box; a clamping mechanism is arranged in the storage cavity; two connecting boxes are fixed symmetricallyin the front and back of the lower end of the transmission box; vertical cavities are arranged on the adjacent end surfaces of the two connecting boxes; a transmission mechanism is arranged in a pushrod; two clamping boxes are fixed symmetrically in the front and back of the lower end of the transmission box; the two clamping boxes are provided with a rotating cavity on the adjacent end surfaces; and a detection mechanism is arranged in the rotating cavity. The construction steel sleeve connecting device can determine the direction of rotating the sleeve according to the number of placed steel bars; when two steel bars are placed, the two steel bars can be connected by using a sleeve; and the construction steel sleeve connecting device only needs one person to complete the operation, which is very convenient, does not require multiple persons to operate, and saves manpower.
