The invention discloses a mine filling cementing material for sulfur-containing tailings. The mine filling cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of cement clinker, 13-17 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 4-6 parts of natural gypsum, 48-54 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 4-6 parts of non-ferrous smelting slag, 2-4 parts of fly ash, 1-3 partsof quick lime, 0.6-0.8 parts of calcined alum and 0.2-0.4 parts of sodium sulfate. The cement clinker, the desulfurized gypsum, the natural gypsum, the blast furnace slag powder, the non-ferrous smelting slag, the coal ash, the quick lime and other raw materials are mixed with the calcined alum and the sodium sulfate which serve as excitants, and the mixture is subjected to ball milling to form the high-activity cementing material. The cementing material has a high specific surface area, so that grains are refined, and the strength of a hardened body is high.
