The invention discloses an antibacterial concrete and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial concrete is prepared from, by weight, 20 to 30 parts of water, 40 to 60 parts of cement, 1 to 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 300 to 400 parts of a gravel component and 6 to 10 parts of an antibacterial component. The preparation method of the antibacterial concrete comprises the following steps: S1, mixing materials: mixing cement, the water reducing agent and the gravel component in parts by weight to obtain a pre-mixed material; S2, stirring: adding water into the pre-mixed material, andstirring to obtain final required slurry; S3, forming a semi-finished product: pouring the slurry into a mold, compacting by vibration, and cooling at room temperature to finally obtain a concrete block; and S4, obtaining the finished product: spraying an antibacterial component on the surface of the concrete block, and placing the concrete block at room temperature for 30-35 minutes to obtain the finished product. In addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of bacteria prevention of concrete.
