The invention provides a preparation method of antibacterial concrete. The method comprises the steps of mixing 32-40 parts of coarse aggregate and 8-10 parts of fine aggregate obtained after waste concrete is crushed and sorted, 8-10 parts of Portland cement, 16-21 parts of sand, 4-7 parts of water and 1-5 parts of antibacterial liquid under stirring to prepare the antibacterial concrete. The antibacterial liquid is obtained by mixing 1-5 parts of polyhydric alcohol and 4-20 parts of diisocyanate, carrying out heating for a reaction, adding a hydrophilic chain extender and a catalyst, continuing heating for a reaction, adding ethylparaben for an end-capping reaction, then adding triethylamine for a neutralization reaction, and then adding deionized water containing a small molecular chainextender for emulsification and dispersion. According to the preparation method of the antibacterial concrete provided by the invention, the compatibility and adhesive force of ethylparaben and waterborne polyurethane in the antibacterial liquid are improved, so the prepared concrete has good antibacterial performance and is stable and lasting in antibacterial performance.
本发明提供了一种抑菌混凝土的制备方法,该方法包括:废弃混凝土破碎分拣后的粗骨料32~40份和细骨料8~10份、硅酸盐水泥8~10份、砂子16~21份、水4~7份、抑菌液1~5份,上述组分混合搅拌后制成抑菌混凝土,抑菌液由聚多元醇1~5份和二异氰酸酯4~20份混合加热反应,加入亲水扩链剂和催化剂继续加热反应后,加入尼泊金乙酯封端反应后加入三乙胺进行中和反应,再加入含小分子扩链剂的去离子水进行乳化分散后得到。本发明提供的抑菌混凝土制备方法通过改善抑菌液中尼泊金乙酯与水性聚氨酯的兼容性与粘合力,从而制出的混凝土具有良好的抑菌性能且抑菌稳定持久。
