The invention discloses a sludge solidification material utilizing waste oyster shells and an application method thereof. The solidification material is composed of the following materials by weight:70-130 parts of sporosarcina pasteurii, 60-150 parts of a calcium source, and 40-60 parts of urea, and the calcium source is the waste oyster shells with residual oyster meat. According to the application method of the sludge solidification material utilizing waste oyster shells, the waste oyster shells are applied to microorganism solidification, the solidification effect of sludge can be greatlyenhanced, and meanwhile resource utilization of the waste oyster shells can be achieved. According to the method, waste oyster shells can be recycled, the microbial activity can be improved, the sludge solidification strength can be enhanced, and waste oyster shells are cheap, easy to obtain and capable of meeting the environmental and economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种利用废生蚝壳的淤泥固化材料及其应用方法,所述固化材料由以下重量份的材料组成:巴氏芽孢八叠球菌70~130份、钙源60~150份、尿素40~60份,所述钙源为带有残留生蚝肉的废生蚝壳。本发明利用废生蚝壳的淤泥固化材料的应用方法,将废生蚝壳运用到微生物固化当中,能够大幅度的增强淤泥的固化效果,同时能够实现对废生蚝壳的资源化利用。本发明不仅能够对废生蚝壳进行再利用,而且还能提高微生物活性、增强淤泥固化强度,且廉价易得,符合环境和经济效益。
