Tuff and geopolymer composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a tuff and geopolymer composite material. The composite material comprises tuff, cement and an alkaline activation solution, the ratio of tuff to cement is 1:1 to 3:2, the alkaline activation solution contains SiO2 and Na2O, the ratio of SiO2 to Na2O is 0.7-1.4, and the ratio of tuff to the alkaline activation solution is 0.4-0.5. Tuff and cement are mixed to obtain a mixture A; a sodium silicate solution is composed of 25-30% of SiO2, 8.5-9.5% of Na2O and 63-65% of H2O, and the sodium hydroxide solution and the sodium silicate solution are mixed to prepare the alkalineactivation solution with the molar ratio of SiO2 to Na2O being 0.7-1.4; the alkaline activation solution is mixed with the mixture A to obtain a mixture; and the mixture is poured into a test mold, and is cured to obtain the tuff and geopolymer composite material. Cement with high energy consumption and large pollution can be reduced, and the mixing amount reaches 60%.
