The invention discloses a composite material prepared from tuff powder waste and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring 10.00-11.67 parts of tuff stone powder waste and 5.00-6.67 parts of blast furnace slag powder, adding 33.40 parts of sand and 40.8 parts of gravel, and uniformly stirring to obtain a dry mixture; adding 9.13 parts of alkali liquor into the dry mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and finally, pouring the mixture into a mold, vibrating, compacting and trowelling, covering the surface with a preservative film for sealing, curing in an oven at 80 DEG C for 24 hours, demolding, and curing a demolded test block in the oven environment to a set age to obtain the composite material. The invention has the advantages of greenness, environmental protection, simple process, low price and adjustable strength, and can meet the actual engineering requirements.
本发明公开了一种凝灰岩石粉废弃物制备的复合材料及其制备方法。本发明通过将10.00~11.67份凝灰岩石粉废弃物、5.00~6.67份高炉矿渣粉混合搅拌均匀,加入33.40份砂、40.8份碎石搅拌均匀,得到干混料;再将9.13份碱液加入干混料中,搅拌均匀,得到混合料;最后将混合料倒入模具、振捣密实抹平,表面覆保鲜膜密封,置于80℃烘箱中养护24小时,脱模,将脱模试块于烘箱环境中养护至设定龄期,得到复合材料。本发明绿色环保,工艺简单,价格低廉,强度可调,能满足实际的工程需求。
