The invention discloses a mineral wool acoustical board and a preparation method thereof. The mineral wool acoustical board is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 150 parts of mineral wool fibers; 20 to 28 parts of binding material 1; 5 to 10 parts of binding material starch 2; 1.5 to 2.5 parts of flocculating agent 1; 1 to 3 parts of flocculating agent 2; and 0.4 to2.0 parts of emulsified paraffin. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the binding material 1, uniformly mixing the binding material 1, activating and grinding the bindingmaterial 1, fully stirring the ground binding material 1, the flocculating agent 1 diluted by water, the mineral wool fibers, the binding material starch 2, the flocculating agent 2 and the emulsified paraffin in a stirrer with water to obtain mixed slurry; molding and drying the mixed slurry to obtain a semi-finished product; and carrying out post-treatment on the semi-finished product to obtaina finished product. According to the mineral wool acoustic board, phosphogypsum is used as the binding material, so that the application range of the phosphogypsum is expanded, the stacking of harmful substances is reduced, and the effect of recycling resources is achieved.
本发明公开了一种矿棉吸音板及其制备方法,所述矿棉吸音板配方组成按重量计包含矿棉纤维100‑150份、粘结料1 20‑28份、粘结料2淀粉5‑10份、絮凝剂1 1.5‑2.5份、絮凝剂2 1‑3份和乳化石蜡0.4‑2.0份。所述制备方法包括,称取粘结料1,将粘结料1混合均匀后活化,研磨后与经水稀释后的絮凝剂1、矿棉纤维、粘结料2淀粉、絮凝剂2和乳化石蜡在搅拌机中与水充分搅拌后得到混合料浆,之后将混合料浆成型,干燥得到半成品,半成品通过后处理得到成品。本发明所述的矿棉吸音板使用磷石膏作为粘结料扩大了磷石膏的应用范围,降低了有害物质的堆放,起到了资源循环利用的作用。
