Method for producing light foamed ceramic partition board by utilizing lithium slag
The invention discloses a method for producing a light foamed ceramic partition board by using lithium slag, which comprises the following steps: lithium slag, albite, talcum powder, soda ash and silicon carbide are added into a vertical mill of 2 meters and ground into 250-mesh uniform powder after one hour; the powder enters a granulator through a negative pressure pipeline and is granulated for5 minutes to form 1-5mm particles with the moisture content of 6%; and the powder particles are moved into a mold composed of refractory materials, ceramic fiber paper is laid in the mold, the powderparticles enter a kiln along with the mold and are sintered at the high temperature of 1180-1200 DEG C, the powder has a liquid phase, and silicon carbide is foamed through high-temperature reactionand sintered to form the lithium slag foamed ceramic board. The method for producing the light foamed ceramic partition board by utilizing lithium slag is small in occupied area, low in investment, high in automation degree, environment-friendly, low in emission and remarkable in energy-saving effect.
本发明公开了一种利用锂渣生产轻质发泡陶瓷隔墙板的方法,步将锂渣,钠长石,滑石粉,纯碱,碳化硅加入2米型号的立磨中,经过一个小时,磨细成250目均匀的粉料;粉料经过负压管道进入造粒机,经过5分钟的造粒,形成1‑5mm颗粒,含水率6%;将粉料颗粒移入耐火材料组成的模具中,模具内已经铺好陶瓷纤维纸,粉料颗粒随模具进入窑炉,经过1180‑1200℃的高温烧结,粉料出现液相,碳化硅经过高温反应发泡,烧结成为锂渣发泡陶瓷板材。此种利用锂渣生产轻质发泡陶瓷隔墙板的方法占地面积小,投资少,自动化程度高,环保排放低,节能效果显著。
