Method for producing masonry material by utilizing foamed ceramic waste
The invention relates to the field of waste solid recycling, in particular to a method for producing a masonry material from foamed ceramic waste. The method comprises the following steps that: (1) foamed ceramic waste is recycled, crushed and screened for use, granular waste and powdery waste are obtained through screening, the particle size of the granular waste ranges from 1 mm to 30 mm, and the particle size of the powdery waste is smaller than 1 mm; step 2) the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-60% of cement, 5-40% of granular waste and 0-50% of powdery waste are weighed;(3) water is added, and the materials and water are mixed to prepare slurry; and (4) the slurry is molded, the foamed ceramic material is used as a mold during molding, and the molded mold and a slurry cured material are compounded into a whole, so that the masonry material can be obtained. Compared with the prior art, the masonry material obtained through the method has good sound insulation performance.
本发明涉及废固物回收利用领域,具体为一种利用发泡陶瓷废料生产砌筑材料的方法。此方法包括如下步骤:步骤1)将发泡陶瓷废料进行回收破碎,筛分备用,筛分获得颗粒状废料和粉末状废料,其中所述颗粒状废料的粒径为1mm~30mm、所述粉末状废料的粒径<1mm;步骤2)将包括如下组份的原料按质量百分比进行称取:水泥:15‑60%;颗粒状废料:5‑40%;粉末状废料:0—50%;步骤3)加水混合制成浆料;步骤4)将所述浆料成型,成型时使用发泡陶瓷材料作为模具,成型后模具与浆料固化后的材料复合为一体,获得砌筑材料。和现有技术相比,本方法获得的砌筑材料具有良好的隔音性能。
