Ceramic additive and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic additive, which comprises the following steps: (1) stirring a polyether polyamine and diglycidyl ether to carry out an addition reaction between an epoxy group and -NH2, thereby obtaining an epoxy-polyether amine adduct; (2) then adding a cyclic dicarboxylic anhydride under stirring for an addition reaction to obtain an epoxy-polyether amine-anhydride adduct; (3) adding water and an acidic catalyst, stirring for dispersion, adding phosphorous acid and formaldehyde to dissolve, heating to 100-105 DEG C, reacting for 1-4 hours, removing the acidic catalyst, cooling, regulating the pH value to 9.5-10.5, and filtering to obtain an epoxy-polyether amine-anhydride adduct polymethylphosphonic acid salt electrolyte water solution, namely the ceramic additive. The ceramic additive is remarkable in dispersing and water reducing effect, small in thixotropy and high in adaptability and operability to ceramic soil, and has an obvious enhancing effect on ceramic biscuits.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将聚醚多胺与二缩水甘油醚搅拌进行环氧基与‑NH加成反应,得到环氧‑聚醚胺加成物;(2)然后在搅拌下加入环状二酸酐进行加成反应,得到环氧‑聚醚胺‑酸酐加成物;(3)然后加入水和酸性催化剂,并搅拌使其分散,加入亚磷酸和甲醛至溶解,升温至100~105℃反应1~4小时,除去酸性催化剂,冷却后调节pH为9.5~10.5,过滤,得到环氧‑聚醚胺‑酸酐加成物多甲叉膦酸盐化的电解质水溶液,即陶瓷助剂。该陶瓷助剂分散减水效果显著,触变小,对陶瓷泥土适应性和可操作性强,且对陶瓷素坯均具有明显的增强效果。
