Alumina porous ceramic paste, preparation method thereof and additive manufacturing forming method
The invention relates to the technical field of porous ceramics, in particular to aluminum oxide porous ceramic paste and a preparation method and an additive manufacturing forming method thereof. The alumina porous ceramic paste comprises the following raw materials: alumina, alumina fiber powder, polycarbosilane, liquid photosensitive resin, a sodium hydroxide solution and absolute ethyl alcohol, and is obtained by uniformly mixing the raw materials step by step. By controlling the mass content of each component, the porous ceramic paste which is good in dispersity, high in flowability and stable is prepared and can be used as the paste for additive manufacturing; meanwhile, the paste material is simple in forming process, only needs to be heated in a reaction kettle, has the advantages of a particle accumulation method, omits the mechanical forming process of particles, and is low in cost; the paste is adopted for an additive manufacturing forming process, the prepared porous ceramic is high in porosity, most pores are closed pores, and pore distribution is more uniform.
本发明涉及多孔陶瓷技术领域,特别涉及一种氧化铝多孔陶瓷膏料及其制备方法和增材制造成形方法。氧化铝多孔陶瓷膏料原料包括氧化铝、氧化铝纤维粉、聚碳硅烷、液态光敏树脂、氢氧化钠溶液和无水乙醇,通过分步将原料混匀得到。通过控制各组分的质量含量,制作成分散性好,流动性高,稳定的多孔陶瓷膏料,可作为增材制造的膏料;同时,该膏料成型过程简单,只需要于在反应釜里加热即可,并具有颗粒堆积法的优点,但又省却了颗粒的机械成型过程,成本低廉;通过采用该膏料进行增材制造成型工艺,制成的多孔陶瓷孔隙率高,且孔隙多为闭孔、孔隙分布更为均匀。
