The invention discloses a stratum monitoring device for tunnel and deep foundation pit construction. The device comprises a base plate, wherein a threaded sleeve is fixedly embedded into the upper endof the base plate; the interior of the threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with a screw; one end of the screw is rotatably connected to a supporting plate; a first driving motor is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting plate through a first fixing frame; one end of an output shaft of the first driving motor is fixedly connected to one end of the screw through a coupling; the other end of the screw is rotatably connected to a fixed block; a wireless monitoring probe is arranged at the lower end of the fixed block; a telescopic rod is arranged at the upper end of the base plate; and one end of the telescopic rod is fixedly welded to the lower end of the supporting plate. According to the device, the screw is driven to rotate through the first driving motor, due to the fact that the screw is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve, the screw can ascend and descend by rotation of the screw, so that the wireless monitoring probe at the other end of the screw isdriven to ascend and descend, and thus different depths of a deep foundation pit can be monitored as needed.
