The invention provides a partially wrapped vibration-filling-assembly type gravel pile structure and a construction method, which can effectively avoid large lateral bulging deformation and damage ofan upper part of a pile body under the action of higher compressive resistance and weak stratum constraint, the pile-forming quality control is facilitated, the construction speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the advantages of a gravel pile foundation treatment technology are better exerted. The gravel pile body comprises a lower non-wrapped section and a wrapped section; the wrapped section is composed of stacked wrapping unit pile sections by means of vertical assembly extrusion; and each wrapping unit pile section is composed of a confining cage structure, a high-strength geotechnical cloth bag and metalings filled in the wrapping unit pile section. The confining cage structure is composed of high-strength geogrids and flat geotechnical rods; and the high-strength geogrids are bent and annular, and the annular two ends are fixedly connected with the flat geotechnical rods. The high-strength geotechnical cloth bag is arranged side the confining cage structure, or a confiningcage structure outer side wall and the bottom are wrapped outside of confining cage structure.
一种局部包裹式填振‑装配型碎石桩构造及施工方法,以有效避免桩身上部在较高压应力与较软弱地层约束作用下发生较大侧向鼓胀变形与破坏,利于成桩质量控制,施工速度快、效率高,更好地发挥碎石桩地基处理技术的优势。碎石桩桩体包括下部非包裹段和包裹段,包裹段由叠置的包裹单元桩段竖向装配挤压排列而成,各包裹单元桩段由围束笼结构、高强土工布袋和填充于其内的碎石料构成。围束笼结构由高强土工格栅和扁平土工棒构成,高强土工格栅弯曲呈环状,其环向两端与扁平土工棒固定连接。高强土工布袋设置于围束笼结构内,或者在围束笼结构外包裹围束笼结构外侧壁和底部。
