The invention relates to a prefabricated independent aluminum alloy formwork supporting rod. The prefabricated independent aluminum alloy formwork supporting rod comprises an upper supporting piece, alower supporting piece glidingly arranged on the outer side of the lower part of the upper supporting piece in a sleeving manner and an outer sleeve fixed to the lower part of the lower supporting piece; the upper supporting piece comprises a vertical inner pipe, a top plate horizontally fixed to the upper end of the inner pipe and a plurality of through holes which are uniformly arranged at intervals and penetrate through the inner pipe in the radial direction; the lower supporting piece comprises a vertical outer pipe, an adjusting thread fixed to the upper end of the outer pipe and an adjusting hole penetrating through the adjusting thread in the radial direction; the adjusting hole is a long round hole which is formed in the axial direction of the outer pipe; an adjusting nut is in threaded connection with exterior of the adjusting thread; a handle is hinged to the periphery of the adjusting nut; after a bolt transversely penetrates through the adjusting hole and the through holes, the lower end is attached to the upper end surface of the adjusting nut; a plurality of supporting legs are hinged to the lower end of the outer sleeve; and the supporting legs can be collected on the outer side of the outer pipe.
