The invention discloses an aluminum alloy formwork supporting system which comprises a supporting rod and an aluminum alloy formwork, the supporting rod comprises a first section and a second section, a locking and lifting assembly is arranged at the connecting position of the first section and the second section, the first section can do telescopic motion in the axial direction of the second section, a connecting rod is arranged on each first section, and a locking and lifting assembly is arranged on each connecting rod. The other end of the connecting rod is connected with the first section; a linkage device is further arranged on the locking and lifting assembly. The multiple first sections are connected together through the connecting rods to form a whole, so that the multiple first sections can be synchronously lifted, then the multiple locking and lifting assemblies are controlled through the linkage device to conduct lifting fine adjustment and locking on the first sections at the same time, and abutting of the first sections and the aluminum alloy formwork is completed. In the process, workers are prevented from rising and adjusting the supporting rods one by one, extension and fixation of the multiple supporting rods are controlled at a time, the working intensity of the workers is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency during operation is improved.
本发明公开了一种铝合金模板支撑体系,包括根支撑杆以及铝合金模板,支撑杆包括第一节和第二节,第一节和第二节的连接部位设置有锁定抬升组件,第一节能够沿着第二节的轴向进行伸缩运动,在每根第一节上均设置有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与第一节连接;在锁定抬升组件上还设置有联动装置。本发明利用连接杆将多根第一节连接在一起形成整体,从而使多根第一节能够同步提升,之后再通过联动装置控制多个锁定抬升组件同时对第一节进行升高微调和锁定,以完成第一节与铝合金模板的抵接。此过程避免了工人逐根的对支撑杆进行升高调节,一次性的控制了多根支撑杆的伸长与固定,大幅的减低了工人的工作强度,提高了作业时的工作效率。
