The device comprises a reaction wall anchor embedded part group, an installation frame, and an adjusting device; the reaction wall anchor embedded part unit comprises a plurality of reaction wall anchor hole embedded parts and a plurality of horizontal connectors; the horizontal connectors connect the reaction wall anchor hole embedded parts into the group; the peripheric four side faces of each of the horizontal connectors include a first side and a second side which areopposite to each other and a third side and a fourth side which are opposite to each other; a bearing member supporting the plurality of horizontal connectors is formed on the installation frame; theadjusting device comprises an X-direction adjusting assembly, a Y-direction adjusting assembly, and a Z-direction adjusting assembly where every two of the adjusting assemblies are perpendicular to each other; and the X-direction adjusting assembly comprises a plurality of first adjusting bolts which are installed on the installation frame or the bearing member and horizontally abut against the first sides and the second sides of the horizontal connectors. The installation device and installation method solves the problem that the reaction wall anchor hole embedded parts are difficult to install, difficult in precise adjustment and low in construction efficiency.
