The invention discloses a universal anchor hole embedded part modular mounting device and method. The mounting device comprises a mounting rack, positioning assemblies and a supporting frame, whereinthe mounting rack comprises cross beams and a plurality of connecting beams disposed below each cross beam side by side, the positioning assemblies are used for being connected with anchor hole embedded parts, multiple positioning assemblies are arranged on the lower surface of each connecting beam, each positioning assembly comprises two first angle plates which are oppositely arranged, each first angle plate is provided with a vertical side plate and a transverse side plate, the vertical side plates are fixedly connected with the connecting beams, gaps for mounting end plates are formed between the transverse side plates and the lower surfaces of the connecting beams, and bearing parts for mounting the bottom of each anchor hole embedded part are formed on the supporting frame. Accordingto the universal anchor hole embedded part modular mounting device and method, the mounting efficiency of the anchor hole embedded parts in groups is improved.
