The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene oxide-based water-retaining agent for dry-mixed mortar, and relates to the technical field of building materials, and the preparation methodcomprises the following specific steps: 1) preparing polyaniline nanowires from aniline monomers; 2) preparing three-dimensional compound particles by utilizing graphene oxide gel and the polyanilinenanowires; 3) utilizing zinc nitrate hexahydrate, 2-methylimidazole and 2-aminobenzimidazole to obtain amino functionalized ZIF-8; 4) adding the amino functionalized ZIF-8 into BTESE sol to obtain a composite sol solution; and 5) adding the three-dimensional compound particles into the composite sol solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and carrying out heat treatment. The preparation method comprises embedding the polyaniline nanowires into a net-shaped structure of the graphene oxide gel; the polyaniline nanowires are inlaid to change the network structure of the graphene oxide gel,a large number of wrinkles are formed, the flow resistance of water is increased, and the effect of inhibiting water flow is achieved, so that water loss can be effectively prevented, and the water retention effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于干粉砂浆的氧化石墨烯基保水剂的制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体方法如下:1)利用苯胺单体制得聚苯胺纳米线;2)利用氧化石墨烯凝胶和聚苯胺纳米线制得三维复合物微粒;3)利用六水合硝酸锌、2‑甲基咪唑和2‑氨基苯并咪唑得到氨基功能化ZIF‑8;4)将氨基功能化ZIF‑8加入到BTESE溶胶得到复合溶胶液;5)将三维复合物微粒加入到复合溶胶液中,经超声分散后进行热处理即可。本发明通过将聚苯胺纳米线镶嵌入氧化石墨烯凝胶的网状结构中,利用聚苯胺纳米线的镶嵌使得氧化石墨烯凝胶的网状结构发生改变,形成的大量褶皱,增大了水分的流动阻力,起到抑制水分流动的作用效果,从而可以有效的阻挡水分的流失,实现保水效果。
