The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water-retaining agent used in wet-mixed mortar and concrete and a preparation method thereof. The polycarboxylic acid water-retaining agent comprises 5-10 parts of sodium allysulfonate, 5-10 parts of acrylamide, 0.3-0.5 part of hydrogen peroxide, acrylic acid, thiohydracrylic acid, VC and deionized water. According to the characteristics of a pre-designed molecular structure during polymerization of a polycarboxylic acid polymer, the molecular structure and the molecular weight of a target product are set by adjusting a polymerization process, so that the polycarboxylic acid water-retaining agent used in wet-mixed mortar and concrete is obtained, and the structure is more stable; the problem of pump blockage caused by segregation and bleeding in a concrete pumping process is solved; the problem of overlarge concrete slump loss caused by pumping of water reducing agents is resolved; the water-retaining agent has a certain dispersion effect on cement particles, and can achieve a water retention effect on free water released in the cement hydration process.
本发明公开了一种湿拌砂浆和混凝土中用聚羧酸类保水剂及制备方法,包括丙烯基磺酸钠、丙烯酰胺、双氧水、丙烯酸、巯基丙酸、VC以及去离子水,其中丙烯基磺酸钠的占比设为5份‑10份,所述丙烯酰胺的占比设为5份‑10份,所述双氧水的占比设为0.3份‑0.5份。本发明通过根据聚羧酸聚合物聚合时可通过预设计分子结构的特点,调整聚合工艺设定目标产物的分子结构和分子量获得一种湿拌砂浆和混凝土中用的聚羧酸类保水剂,使得该结构更加稳定,较好的解决了混凝土泵送过程中因离析、泌水引起的堵泵现象,减水经泵送造成的混凝土坍落度损失过大问题,对水泥颗粒具有一定的分散效果,并可对水泥水化过程中释放的游离水起到保水效果。
