The invention discloses a method for reinforcing recycled coarse aggregate by adopting a composite waterproof oil-resistant agent. According to the method, a novel waterproof oil-resistant agent composed of silicon resin, an alkali-resistant penetrant and a concrete tackifier M32 according to a certain proportion is adopted for chemical strengthening of pretreated recycled coarse aggregate, most of pores in the surface of the recycled aggregate are blocked, a large number of micro-cracks are repaired, and therefore the adhesion between the recycled aggregate and asphalt is enhanced. Compared with the mode in which a single silicon resin solution is used to chemically strengthen the recycled coarse aggregate, the water absorption rate of the coarse aggregate strengthened by the composite waterproof oil-resistant agent is reduced more remarkably, and the adhesion between the coarse aggregate and asphalt is further enhanced.
本发明公开了一种采用复合防水抗油剂强化再生粗集料的方法,该方法采用由硅树脂、耐碱渗透剂和混凝土增粘剂M32按一定比例组成的新型防水抗油剂对预处理过的再生粗集料进行化学强化,封堵再生骨料表面的大部分孔隙并修复大量微裂缝,从而增强再生骨料与沥青粘附性。相较于通过单一的硅树脂溶液对再生粗集料进行化学强化,复合防水抗油剂强化过后的粗骨料吸水率降低更为显著,与沥青的粘附性也进一步得到加强。
