Method for reinforcing recycled coarse aggregate by using composite active slurry
A method for strengthening recycled coarse aggregate by using composite active slurry comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the composite active slurry from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement, 25-35 parts of water, 10-30 parts of fly ash, 10-30 parts of mineral powder, 5-10 parts of rice hull ash, 0.1-0.5 part of triisopropanolamine, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine and 0.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent; (2) carrying out crushing, screening, cleaning and quantitative matching on the waste concrete to obtain 5-20mm continuous grading recycled coarse aggregate; (3) determining the target reinforcement layer thickness h of the recycled coarse aggregate, quantitatively calculating the required mass fraction of the recycled coarse aggregate, and uniformly mixing and stirring the composite active slurry and the recycled coarse aggregate; and (4) filtering the slurry-coated recycled coarse aggregate, naturally air-drying, vibrating and carrying out standard curing for 7 days to obtain the recycled coarse aggregate. The reinforced recycled coarse aggregate prepared by the invention has excellent performance and simple preparation process, improves the utilization rate of industrial and agricultural wastes, and reduces the economic cost and resource consumption.
一种利用复合活性浆液强化再生粗骨料的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备复合活性浆液,按照如下质量份数的组分配制:水泥100份、水25‑35份、粉煤灰10‑30份、矿粉10‑30份、稻壳灰5‑10份、三异丙醇胺0.1‑0.5份、三乙醇胺0.1‑0.5份和减水剂0.5‑2份;(2)对废弃混凝土进行破碎、筛分、清洗及定量选配,获取5~20mm连续级配的再生粗骨料;(3)确定再生粗骨料的目标强化层厚度h,定量计算再生粗骨料所需质量份数maggregate,并将所述复合活性浆液与再生粗骨料进行混合搅拌至均匀;(4)将浆液包裹的再生粗骨料过滤、自然风干、振动并标养7天,即得所述再生粗骨料。本发明制备的强化再生粗骨料,性能优越,制备工艺简单,提高了工农业废弃物的利用率,降低了经济成本和资源消耗。
