The invention discloses a modification method of recycled aggregate. The modification method comprises the following steps: crushing recycled aggregate, soaking in slurry prepared from redispersible latex powder, bentonite and magnesium aluminum silicate, sufficiently and uniformly mixing, standing, waiting for initial setting of the slurry, fishing out, washing with water, and draining to obtainprimarily modified recycled aggregate; and putting the primarily modified recycled aggregate into a soaking solution consisting of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, tetramethylammonium polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and polymethyl methacrylate, soaking the recycled aggregate, taking out, and airing to obtain the modified recycled aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out primary modification by using slurry prepared from redispersible latex powder, bentonite and magnesium aluminum silicate; and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, tetramethylammonium polyhedraloligomeric silsesquioxane and polymethyl methacrylate are used for soaking so that the strength of the recycled aggregate can be remarkably improved, the porosity and the water absorption rate of therecycled aggregate are reduced, and the recycled concrete can be widely applied to concrete.
本发明公开了一种再生骨料的改性方法,是将再生骨料破碎后,放入由可再分散乳胶粉、膨润土和硅酸镁铝配成的浆料没过浸泡,充分混合均匀后,静止等待浆液初凝后,捞出用水洗并沥干,得初次改性再生骨料;将初次改性再生骨料放入羧甲基纤维素钠、四甲基铵基笼形聚倍半硅氧烷、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯组成的浸泡液,没过再生骨料浸泡,取出,晾干,即得改性再生骨料。本方法先用可再分散乳胶粉、膨润土和硅酸镁铝配成的浆料进行一次改性后,再使用羧甲基纤维素钠、四甲基铵基笼形聚倍半硅氧烷、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯浸泡,能够显著提高再生骨料的强度,降低再生骨料的空隙率和吸水率,使得再生混凝土能够在混凝土得到广泛的应用。
