The chemical slurry is discharged out of the reaction container through the discharging pipeline after the strengthening treatment, and the negative pressure generation device performs negative pressure treatment on the interior of the reaction container, so that the chemical slurry can more comprehensively and quickly enter the micro-cracks of the recycled coarse aggregate under the action of the air pressure difference; the inner container is detachably arranged in the cylinder body, and the wall body of the inner container is provided with a hollow structure, so that aggregate and slurry can be conveniently separated, the aggregate and the slurry can be conveniently taken out of the reaction container, and the operation efficiency of chemical modification can be remarkably improved.
