In the prior art, a sandy microporous sound absorption and insulation material product is poor in stability and prone to discoloring, potential pollution hazards exist, and particularly, a curing system is complex and influences a product; the above problems are overcome in the invention. The sand-gathered sound absorption and insulation board has sound absorption and insulation effect and the characteristics of stability, lightness and thinness. Meanwhile, in order to improve comprehensive mechanical property and weather resistance and enable a bonding system to form a compact integral body microcosmically, new materials such as special pigments and fillers are added, for example, a combination of rutile titanium dioxide, carbon nanotubes, graphene and other materials.
