Production process of green, energy-saving and environment-friendly building board
The invention discloses a production process of a green, energy-saving and environment-friendly building board. The building board is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of straw, 80-120 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of diatomite, 20-40 parts of a calcium material, 1-5 parts of an adhesive and 1-5 parts of a flame retardant. The straw and the calcium material are pretreated, then the straw, the cement, the diatomite and the calcium material are mixed, water, the adhesive and the flame retardant are added after mixing, mixing continues, finally, treatment is performed by using a mold to obtain a board, and the board is maintained to obtain a finished product finally. The board produced by the process provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties and flexibility, and is lighter in weight and convenient to move and transport compared with an existing building board; meanwhile, harmful substances are not added in the manufacturing process, sothat the produced board is green and healthy; the plant straw is utilized in the raw materials, waste is utilized, cost is saved, energy is saved, and environment is protected.
