The raw materials of the formula comprise the following components: 30 to 40 parts of an isocyanate prepolymer; 30 to 35 parts ofepoxy polyurethane; 20 to 30 parts of rubber particles; 20-30 parts of filler, 10-15 parts of color paste, 10-15 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 6-10 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 6-10 parts of tributyl phosphate, 6-10 parts of graphite, 4-8 parts of acrylonitrile-vinyl acetate copolymer fiber, 2-6 parts of a stabilizer, 2-6 parts of an antioxidant, 2-6 parts of an ultraviolet light absorber and2-6 parts of an accelerant. The specific construction process of the runway comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mixture; S2, carrying out vulcanization treatment; S3, preparing a runway pre-finished product; S4, spraying antiskid colloidal particles; and S5, performing scribing treatment. The invention has the effect of delaying the fading speed of the runway.
