The semi-prefabricated polyurethane runway comprises a base layer and a surface layer, the base layer is formed by laying a prefabricated polyurethane coiled material, the prefabricated polyurethane coiled material is formed by mixing a material A and a material B and then baking the mixture in a mold, and the surface layer is formed by mixing the material A and the material B and then pouring, baking and curing the mixture on the surface of the base layer; the material A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of polyether polyol, 4 to 6 parts of azodiisobutyronitrile, 2.4 to 2.8 parts of foam stabilizer, 30 to 40 parts of filler, 4 to 8 parts of pigment, 0.6 to 1.2 parts of catalyst, 0.4 to 0.8 part of water and 3.6 to 4.0 parts of water absorbent; and the material B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16-20 parts of diisocyanate and 6-10 parts of raw rubber particles. According to the semi-prefabricated polyurethane runway, the residual stress of the base layer is reduced, the possibility that the base layer and the surface layer are separated under the action of day and night temperature difference is reduced, and meanwhile, the impact resistance of the polyurethane matrix and the semi-prefabricated polyurethane runway is improved.
