The invention relates to an integrated frog which is an all-fiber structure and comprises a frog tip end, a frog heel end, an upper wing rail section and a lower wing rail section. The upper wing railsection is arranged between the frog tip end and the frog heel end. An integrated frog manufacturing method comprises the following steps that (1) a blank is prepared, specifically, a single-alloy ormulti-alloy electroslag steel ingot is prepared; (2) blank pressing is performed, specifically, the electroslag steel ingot is pressed into a shaped blank; (3) forging forming is performed, specifically, the shaped blank is forged and formed through a roller; (4) straightening and shaping are performed and the multi-alloy electroslag steel ingot includes at least three alloy elements. Compared with the prior art, the frog has the advantages that energy is saved, a material utilization rate is high, fiber structures are prevented from being damaged, a size is accurate, surface smoothness is good, mechanical performance of the frog is greatly improved, and an anti-fatigue life is prolonged.
