Frog
The invention discloses a frog which comprises a wing rail A, a wing rail B, a point rail C and a point rail D. The wing rail A is provided with a tread A for wheels to walk, the wing rail B and the point rail D are provided with continuous treads for the wheels to walk continuously, and the tread A and the continuous treads are provided with a transition section A and a transition section B for the wheels to run on the continuous treads and the tread A at the same time respectively. The height difference between the transition section A and the transition section B is the height difference between the wheel rim and the wheel tread; one side of the point rail C is provided with a wheel flange groove for a wheel flange to walk; the wheel flange groove is obliquely arranged, the highest point of the wheel flange groove is connected with the continuous tread, and the height of the wheel flange groove is basically consistent with that of the transition section B; the rail top treads of the wing rail B and the point rail D in the frog are continuous and uninterrupted, so that harmful space is effectively eliminated, wheels can be smoothly transited to the point rail C from the wing rail A through rim transition and arrangement of the supporting faces of the rim grooves, and then the frog can be matched with steel rails of different models.
