The invention discloses a hole filling device for highway construction, which comprises a supporting base, an extrusion frame, a rotating disc, a driving assembly and a discharging assembly, wherein astorage barrel is connected to the middle of the supporting base; the extrusion frame is connected to the bottom of the storage barrel in a sliding mode, and the storage barrel is communicated with the discharging end of the extrusion frame; the rotating disc is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the storage barrel, the rotating disc is in sliding fit with the extrusion frame, and an elastic piece is connected between the rotating disc and the extrusion frame; the driving assembly is arranged between the supporting base and the storage barrel; and the discharging assembly is arrangedbetween the driving assembly and the storage barrel. The extrusion frame, the driving assembly and the discharging assembly operate in a matched mode to fill holes in a road, so that the effect of filling the holes in the road is achieved; and an excessive shaking assembly assists the extrusion frame to operate, so that the extrusion frame can extrude the filled filler more smoothly.
