The invention relates to the technical field of highway engineering, in particular to a filling device for highway engineering construction. The filling device comprises a shell, a rolling assembly slidably connected to the inner side of the shell, a supporting mechanism arranged on the outer side of the shell, slidably connected with the shell and used for achieving movement and lifting of the shell, and a control mechanism connected with the shell, connected with the supporting mechanism and the rolling assembly and used for driving the rolling assembly to complete adjustment of the rolling height. The control mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a transmission assembly. By arranging the control mechanism and the supporting mechanism, under driving of the driving assembly, the driving assembly drives the transmission assembly and the rolling assembly, automatic movement of the device is achieved, and the height of the rolling assembly can be effectively adjusted, and therefore, the device can roll roadbeds with different heights.
