Prefabricated bent cap intelligent installation and construction method based on three-dimensional survey lofting technology
The invention discloses a prefabricated bent cap intelligent installation and construction method based on a three-dimensional survey lofting technology. The method comprises the following steps that1, presetting lofting points on a pier column and a bent cap; 2, using a three-dimensional laser scanner to scan and form point cloud data of the bent cap and the pier column, carrying out 3D modeling, and marking a position of a lofting point; 3, mounting prisms at preset lofting points, calculating relative position coordinates of the prisms on the bent cap and the prisms on the pier column after mounting, and setting the relative position coordinates as target coordinates; 4, assembling a self-climbing device; and 5, setting a lofting robot, measuring and calculating the relative position coordinate of the prism on the bent cap relative to the prism on the pier column, comparing the relative position coordinate with the target coordinates in the step 3, calculating a direction and a displacement of the bent cap needing to move, transmitting the direction and the displacement to a PLC, and making an adjusting mechanism act so as to realize adjustment of the bent cap. Problems of lowpositioning efficiency, a large manual operation amount, a high safety risk and the like during mounting of the bent cap and the pier column at present are solved.
本发明公开了基于三维测量放样技术的预制盖梁智能化安装施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:在墩柱和盖梁上预设放样点;步骤二:利用三维激光扫描仪扫描并形成盖梁、墩柱的点云数据,进行3D建模并标注放样点的位置;步骤三:将棱镜安装在预设的放样点上,计算安装后盖梁上的各棱镜与墩柱上的各棱镜的相对位置坐标,设置为目标坐标;步骤四:自爬升装置组装;步骤五:设置放样机器人,测量并计算盖梁上棱镜相对于墩柱上棱镜的相对位置坐标,与步骤三中的目标坐标比对,计算出盖梁需要移动的方向和位移大小,并传递给PLC,控制调整机构动作,实现盖梁的调整。本发明解决了目前盖梁与墩柱安装时存在的定位效率低、人工作业量大、安全风险高等问题。
