Prefabricated bent cap installation and construction method
The invention relates to a prefabricated cover beam mounting construction method. Two pin rod through holes, two rows of pull rod reserved holes and a row of vertical anchoring rib reserved holes are preset in each cover beam section; two temporary cover beam connecting devices are machined in advance, and four lug plates are arranged at the two ends of each temporary cover beam connecting device; when prefabricated cover beam sections are hoisted, the cover beam sections are jointly supported through pier columns and temporary supports, then two cover beam temporary connecting devices are installed on the two sides of the two cover beam sections, the two cover beam temporary connecting devices are tensioned and fixed through pull rods, and pin rods are arranged between opposite lug plates of the two cover beam temporary connecting devices in a penetrating mode; and meanwhile, anchoring ribs are connected between the short cantilever ends of the bent cap sections and the pier column bearing platform, then the temporary supports are dismantled, and wet joint concrete between the two bent cap sections is constructed. The method is used for construction of the cover beam of the urban viaduct, the temporary support can be dismantled before the cover beam wet joint concrete is poured, and the influence time of construction on traffic under the viaduct is shortened to the maximum extent.
本发明涉及一种预制盖梁安装施工方法,在每个盖梁节段预设两个销棒通孔、两排拉杆预留孔和一排竖向锚固筋预留孔;预先加工两个盖梁临时连接装置,盖梁临时连接装置两端设4个耳板;预制盖梁节段吊装时,先通过墩柱和临时支架共同支撑盖梁节段,然后在两个盖梁节段两侧安装两个盖梁临时连接装置,通过拉杆将两盖梁临时连接装置拉紧固定,并在两盖梁临时连接装置相对的耳板间穿设销棒,同时在盖梁节段短悬臂端与墩柱承台间连接锚固筋,然后拆除临时支架,施工两盖梁节段间的湿接缝混凝土。本发明用于城区高架桥盖梁施工,可以在盖梁湿接缝混凝土浇筑前拆除临时支架,最大限度缩短施工对桥下交通的影响时间。
