The invention relates to a pilot cable construction method for erecting a main cable of an ultra-deep valley cable crane. The method comprises the following steps of arranging a pilot cable traction winch behind each of cable towers on two banks, and arranging a reverse cable winch on the top of each of the two cable towers; coiling pilot cables on the two pilot cable traction winches; pulling outa rope head of the pilot rope; pulling the pilot cable to cross the tower top and droop to the front of the cable tower by using the reverse cable winch; and coiling to a steel pipe or a round log, pushing the steel pipe or the round log into a river valley, unfastening the pilot cable from the steel pipe or the round log at a valley bottom, pulling pilot cable rope heads on two banks by using araft or a ship, binding and connecting, and gradually tightening the pilot cable to a designed sag through a winch dragged by the pilot cables on the two banks. The method is suitable for constructionenvironments such as ultra-deep valley regions which are difficult to span and do not have common ship navigation conditions, construction cost of the pilot cable can be effectively reduced, a process is simple, and a safety risk is low.
本发明涉及一种超深河谷缆索吊机主索架设用先导索施工方法,在两岸缆塔后方分别布设一台先导索牵引卷扬机,在两缆塔顶分别布置一台倒索卷扬机;在两先导索牵引卷扬机上分别盘入先导索,将先导索绳头牵出,利用倒索卷扬机牵引先导索越过塔顶并下垂到缆塔前方,盘到钢管或圆木上,然后将钢管或圆木推入河谷中,在谷底将先导索从钢管或圆木上解开,利用木筏或小船牵拉两岸的先导索绳头并捆绑连接,最后通过两岸先导索牵引卷扬机将先导索逐步收紧至设计垂度。本发明适用于超深河谷地区等很难跨越且不具备普通船舶通航条件的施工环境,可有效降低先导索施工费用,且工艺简单,安全风险低。
