Integrated forming method for tower crane foundation in raft foundation
The invention discloses an integrated forming method for a tower crane foundation in a raft foundation. The integrated forming method comprises the following steps: (1) excavating a foundation pit ofthe tower crane foundation; (2) pouring a tower crane foundation cushion layer and a raft foundation cushion layer; (3) laying a waterproof coiled material; (4) mounting a tower crane foundation steelbar frame and a water stop steel plate, welding a lower steel wire mesh and an upper steel wire mesh, and mounting embedded bolts; (5) pouring tower crane foundation concrete; and (6) mounting a raftfoundation steel bar frame, and pouring raft foundation concrete. The tower crane foundation is placed in the raft foundation, demolition work caused by independent arrangement of the tower crane foundation is avoided, the structure is stable and reliable, the waterproof problem of a raft at the construction joint is effectively solved, the tower crane foundation and the raft foundation are poured at different times, early settlement, observation and dynamic adjustment of the tower crane foundation are effectively achieved, the safety and quality of the tower crane foundation are ensured, theconcrete consumption can be reduced, the construction period is shortened, and resources are saved.
