The sandy soil stirring and laying device can be applied to layingof modified sand bodies in deserts on a large scale, the laying speed is high, the sand bodies can completely make contact with a modifier solution, the laid modified sand bodies are uniform, the thickness of the laid modified sand bodies can be adjusted, and the sandy soil stirring and laying device can be applied to desert areas or soft lands on a large scale.
