The invention belongs to the field of cement-soil mixing pile devices, and particularly relates to a mixing grouting head, a cement-soil mixing pile device and a construction method of the cement-soil mixing pile device, and the mixing grouting head comprises a rod body, a drill bit, a mixing assembly and a grouting structure; the drill bit is arranged at one end of the rod body; the rod body is provided with a forward-rotation paddle conveying channel and a reverse-rotation conveying channel; the stirring assembly comprises grouting stirring blades arranged in an annular array along the axis of the rod body, and the forward grouting structure comprises a forward grouting channel formed in the lower end face of one grouting stirring blade and a forward side wall grouting hole formed in the side wall of the rod body. The reverse grouting structure comprises a reverse grouting channel formed in the lower end face of one grouting stirring blade and a reverse side wall grouting hole formed in the side wall of the rod body. The construction efficiency is improved, the construction time is shortened, and the grouting channel and the grouting hole of the stirring grouting head cannot be blocked by pressure while the lifting burden of the piling drilling machine is reduced.
