Excavator driving safety system and method
The invention uses an environmental detection equipment laser scanner with a special installation method to perform real-time scanning and modeling on the surrounding environment of an excavator, provides real-time topography information of the front road surface during the walking process after processing by a computer, and evaluates and predicts the driving safety; and judgments are performed during the driving process by combining the posture and the road surface information through a design method; therefore, the automatic driving efficiency of the excavator is improved, and especially thesafe passing performance under complex and high-risk road conditions is improved.
本发明通过采用特殊安装方法的环境检测设备激光扫描仪对挖掘机周围环境进行实时扫描建模,通过计算机处理后在行走过程中实时提供前方路面的形貌信息,通过评估预测行驶安全性,并在行驶过程中综合位姿和路面信息通过设计的方法进行判断,提高挖掘机自动行驶的效率尤其是在复杂高风险路况下的安全通过性能。
