Online operation deviation correction system and method of excavator
The invention provides an online operation deviation correction method capable of improving automatic excavation accuracy according to the autonomous excavation stage of an excavator. The method comprises the steps that environment detection equipment laser scanners adopting a special mounting method are mounted on the two sides of a moving arm of the excavator, and the blind area of the excavation part is monitored and computed through the vision wide angle. An automatic deviation correction operating system is further included. For intelligent and autonomous operating of the excavator, the method can be used for online target material locating in the excavation operation process and autonomous deviation correction in the excavation process.
本发明针对挖掘机自主挖掘阶段,提出一种提高自动挖掘准确度的在线作业纠偏方法。包括应用特殊安装方法的环境检测设备激光扫描仪,将其安装在挖掘机动臂两侧,利用视觉的广角对挖掘部分的盲区进行监控与计算,所述发明还包括自动化纠偏操作系统,针对智能化自主操作挖掘机,可用于挖掘作业过程中的在线目标物料定位,以及挖掘过程中自主纠偏。
