The vegetation concrete comprises plant grass seeds and a grass seed vegetation concrete layer, wherein the ingredients of the grass seed vegetation concrete layer comprise 50 to 80 parts of clay, 10 to 20 parts of fly ash, 5 to 10 parts of cementing materials, 2 to 10 parts of saw dust, 2 to 8 parts of fermented organic fertilizers, 0.1 to 1 part of calcium superphosphate and 0.1 to 2 parts of water preservationresin through being metered by weight. The plant blanket using the vegetation concrete comprises fine meshed basalt fiber grids, basalt rock wool and the vegetation concrete; the plant blanket sequentially comprises the fine meshed basalt fiber grids, the basalt rock wool, the vegetation concrete, the basalt rock wool and the fine meshed basalt fiber grids front top to bottom. A plant growth layer of the plant blanket uses the vegetable concrete; the basalt rock wool can provide a good moisture environment for plants; and the basalt fiber is a novel inorganic environmental-friendly green high-performance fiber material, and has chemical erosion resistance and anti-freezing performance.
