The invention provides a preparation method of vegetation concrete and the vegetation concrete. The method comprises the following steps: mixing recycled coarse aggregate with citric acid liquid and sulfur bacteria particles to obtain a mixture; the mixture is placed in hydrogen sulfide gas, and the mixture standing in the hydrogen sulfide gas for a first time is placed in a drying oven to be dried; taking out the mixture which is dried in the drying oven for a second time length to obtain acidic recycled coarse aggregate; mixing and stirring the acidic recycled coarse aggregate with cement, borax, a water reducing agent and water to form a mixture, and pouring the mixture to form the plant-growing concrete. According to the invention, the recycled coarse aggregate is subjected to biological and chemical treatment to form the acidic recycled coarse aggregate, so that the structural strength of the recycled coarse aggregate can be improved, and the plant-growing concrete has an acid-base environment required by plant growth, thereby reducing the use of natural gravel.
