Foamed concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses foamed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The foamed concrete comprises the following components: 65%-75% of water, 5%-15% of water, 18%-32% of an admixture, 2.8%-4% ofa foaming agent, 0.2%-0.6% of a foam stabilizer, 0.1%-0.6% of a high-concentration naphthalene water reducer, 0.1%-0.5% of a coagulant, 0.3%-0.5% of fibers and 2%-5% of an epoxy resin, wherein aluminate cement, water and the admixture form a gel material, and the content of the foaming agent is always between 4% and 5% of the gel material. According to the invention, by controlling the content ofthe foaming agent to be 4%-5% of the gel material all the time, the water absorption rate of the gel material is larger than 40%, so that pre-wetting of concrete and high preparation quality of cement slurry are facilitated, and it is effectively guaranteed that the compressive strength of the concrete behind the support is kept in a high state; and through proper water reference, in the preparation process of the foamed concrete, the average pore diameter is uniform and is not too large or too small, so that slurry thickening is fast, bubbles are easy to gather, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种发泡混凝土及其制备方法:所述发泡混凝土由如下成分组成:65%—75%、水5%‑15%、掺合料18%‑32%、发泡剂2.8%‑4%、稳泡剂0.2%‑0.6%、高浓萘减水剂0.1%‑0.6%、促凝剂0.1%‑0.5%、纤维0.3%‑0.5%、环氧树脂2%‑5%;所述铝酸盐水泥、水和掺合料构成凝胶材料,且发泡剂的含量始终为凝胶材料的4%‑5%之间。通过控制在发泡剂的含量始终为凝胶材料的4%‑5%,使得凝胶材料的吸水率大于40%,有利于混凝土的预湿及水泥浆液的制备质量较高,同时,还有效的保障了支背后的混凝土的抗压强度保持较高的状态;通过合适的水参比,在发泡混凝土制备过程中,平均孔径均匀,不会过大或过小,从而使得浆体稠化较快,气泡容易聚集,提高了制备效率。
