Fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete pavement
The invention discloses a fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete pavement. The fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete pavement comprises two or more single plates, prestressed tendons, prestressed anchorage devices and fabricated parts. A veneer is made of high-strength concrete, thickness of the veneer is 6-10 cm, transverse and longitudinal crossed prestressed tendon hole channelsare formed in the veneer, and bent hole channels are formed in the crossed points; more than two veneers are mutually inserted along the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction, the prestressed tendons are arranged along a center line of the veneer body and are inserted into corresponding prestressed tendon ducts, the prestressed tendons are in a transverse and longitudinal crossedstate in space, and a distance between every two adjacent transverse or longitudinal prestressed tendons is 1-3m, the prestressed tendons extend out of the end single plates and then are anchored andfixed through the prestressed anchorage devices to form assembling and splicing units. And more than one assembling and splicing unit is connected through assembling pieces to form a pavement. The fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete pavement is advantaged in that the thickness of a pavement slab is reduced, and on-site rapid assembly can be realized.
本发明公开了一种装配式预应力高强混凝土路面,包括两块以上单板、预应力筋、预应力锚具和装配件;单板由高强混凝土形成,厚度为6~10cm,内设横纵交叉预应力筋孔道,交叉点处为弯曲孔道;两块以上单板沿横向和/或纵向相互插接,预应力筋沿单板板体中线布设,插入相应的预应力筋孔道,在空间内呈横纵交叉状态,横向或纵向相邻两个预应力筋间隔1~3m;所述预应力筋经端部单板伸出后由预应力锚具锚固固定构成装配拼接单元;一个以上装配拼接单元通过装配件连接形成路面。本发明减薄了路面板厚度且能实现现场快速拼装。
