Prestressed fabricated pavement structure and construction method
The invention discloses a prestressed fabricated pavement structure and a construction method, and aims to effectively improve the engineering construction convenience and continuously improve the quality and construction period controllability, the engineering structure durability, the comprehensive cost economy and the transportation and maintenance convenience of a fabricated pavement. According to the pavement structure, prefabricated pavement slabs are paved on an under-slab foundation to form an assembled pavement, each prefabricated pavement slab is of a one-way prestressed reinforced concrete structure, longitudinal U-shaped grooves are formed in the two transverse connecting ends of each prefabricated pavement slab at intervals in the width direction, and transverse U-shaped grooves are formed in the two longitudinal connecting ends of each prefabricated pavement slab at intervals in the width direction; the longitudinal U-shaped grooves and the transverse U-shaped grooves are recessed downwards from the top faces of the prefabricated pavement slabs, and embedded connecting components are arranged in the corresponding transverse U-shaped grooves and the longitudinal U-shaped grooves of every two adjacent prefabricated pavement slabs. The isolation layer, the graded broken stone cement stable layer and the cement sand mixed filling layer are sequentially laid on the surface of the soil base from bottom to top through a dry laying method. Paving is conducted on the cement sand mixed filling layers of the prefabricated pavement slabs, and every two adjacent prefabricated pavement slabs are connected into a whole through a pre-buried connecting component after all the prefabricated pavement slabs are leveled.
一种预应力装配式道面构造及施工方法,以有效提高工程施工便利性,以及持续提升装配式道面的质量工期可控性、工程结构耐久性、综合成本经济性及运输维修便利性。道面构造在板下基础上铺装预制道面板形成装配式道面,预制道面板采用单向预应力钢筋混凝土结构,各预制道面板在两横向连接端沿宽度方向间隔设置纵向U型凹槽,在两纵向连接端沿宽度方向间隔设置横向U型凹槽,纵向U型凹槽和横向U型凹槽由预制道面板顶面下凹,两相邻预制道面板在对应的各横向U型凹槽、纵向U型凹槽内设置预埋连接构件。板下基础包括土基和采用干铺法由土基表面从下而上依次铺设的隔离层、级配碎石水泥稳定层和水泥砂混合填充层。预制道面板的水泥砂混合填充层上进行铺装,在调平各预制道面板后通过预埋连接构件将相邻两块预制道面板连接为一体。
