The invention provides a method for implementing pavement maintenance based on a pavement semi-rigid base in-situ softening technology, and belongs to the technical field of pavement maintenance. Themethod specifically comprises the following steps: 1) milling an asphalt surface layer of a damaged asphalt pavement, adding a new aggregate and new asphalt into milled asphalt surface layer waste, and mixing to prepare an asphalt mixture; 2) crushing the semi-rigid base layer of which the asphalt surface layer is milled off in the step 1), milling after crushing, and adding asphalt in the millingprocess to form an in-situ softened base layer; and (3) paving the asphalt mixture prepared in the step (1) on the upper layer of the in-situ softened base layer in the step (2), and rolling to formthe softened base layer asphalt pavement. By utilizing the maintenance method disclosed by the invention, the maintenance time of the semi-rigid base layer asphalt pavement can be greatly shortened, the rapid traffic capacity of the asphalt pavement is improved, and reflection cracks do not occur after maintenance.
本发明提出了基于路面半刚性基层原位柔化技术实施路面维修的方法,属于路面维修技术领域,其具体方法为1)对已破损沥青路面的沥青面层进行铣刨,在铣刨的沥青面层废料中加入新集料和新沥青,拌合,制备沥青混合料;2)将步骤1)铣刨掉沥青面层的半刚性基层进行破碎,破碎后铣刨,铣刨过程中加入沥青,形成原位柔化基层;3)在步骤2)原位柔化基层上层铺设步骤1)制备的沥青混合料,碾压后形成柔化基层沥青路面。利用本发明的维修方法能够极大地缩短半刚性基层沥青路面的维修时间,提高沥青路面的快速通行能力,维修之后不会出现反射裂缝。
