The invention discloses a seabed magnetic substance collecting device which comprises two semicircular plates, a roller arranged between the two semicircular plates, M strip-shaped electromagnets arranged on the roller, strip-shaped brushes arranged between the adjacent strip-shaped electromagnets, a collecting box connected with the front sides of the two semicircular plates, a flushing structureconnected with the two semicircular plates, and a connecting support connected with the collecting box and the flushing structure. The connecting support is connected with the collecting box througha water guide pipe, a water spraying cavity is formed in the lower surface of the collecting box, the cross section of the water spraying cavity is in a downwards-protruding triangle shape, a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the side walls of the two sides of the water spraying cavity, and a horn-shaped water inlet cover is arranged on the connecting support. The seabed magnetic substance collecting device has the characteristics of high collection efficiency and capability of reducing waste of magnetic metal resources.
